The AeroLiner3000 train, presented as a world premiere at InnoTrans 2016 has been awarded the prestigious design award “Red Dot: Design Concept 2017”. The Jury awarded the innovative design concept as a model for future trains. The architectural and design practice Andreas Vogler Studio designed and developed the first double-deck high-speed train for the UK loading gauge in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and built a demonstrator with the South German company GETA mBH.
