Amanda Galvao
Born In Brazil, started studying Architecture at the PUC-Pr, Curitiba, where also had one year of work experience at two architecture and interior design studios. At 2012, after winning a scholarship to restart the Architecture course at the University of Ferrara, she moved to Italy. Currently she is enrolled in an exchange program at the Technische Universität München studying Adaptive Buildings and Active facades as part of her Master’s final thesis research, in which she hopes to design a highly efficient Convention Center able to repurpose our relation with workspaces in respond to our contemporaine wills and demands. As an optimist, she believes the new technologies and forms of communications are indeed reinforcing our society sense of community, and so should our buildings do.
