SnowCrystals

“SnowCrystals” is a modern mountain hut for skiers and snowboarders, inspired by the shape and beauty of the natural environment of which it becomes a part. The modular units are made up of hexagon-shaped sections—derived from the geometry of snow crystals—and provide an interior that is functional and comfortable like an airline cabin. The hut takes advantage of renewable energy and resources available on site (sun, water) and utilizes a system for waste valorization (biogas).
